Turkey Pelmeni with leek, peppers and a parsley garlic yoghurt
Ingredients: Turkey Pelmeni, Leek, Peppers, Mushrooms, Parsley, Garlic, Lime, Non-fat Greek style yoghurt, Some Cashew nuts. Preparations: Cook the Pemeni in 5 minutes, Styrefry the leek , peppers and mushrooms, Mix the lime juice, with the yoghurt. Add the pressed garlic and chopped parsley.
