Ingredients:
- Turkey Pelmeni,
- Leek,
- Peppers,
- Mushrooms,
- Parsley,
- Garlic,
- Lime,
- Non-fat Greek style yoghurt,
- Some Cashew nuts.
Preparations:
- Cook the Pemeni in 5 minutes,
- Styrefry the leek , peppers and mushrooms,
- Mix the lime juice, with the yoghurt. Add the pressed garlic and chopped parsley. Finish off with some salt and pepper.
