Runtraining without running?

We had the pleasure of hosting the Dutch Championships in American Football this weekend. Our volunteers organised a splendid weekend. And more important our sporters played some of the most exciting finals I’ve seen so far. We actually had a triple overtime at our JT games!

Running training

With the Football season ending it is time to get serious! Last Monday I did my first serious interval training to get my heart rate down. Today it was time for some recovery.

Did a quick warming up, but focused on some core exercises. Definitely going to feel that tomorrow! Really important for proper running as well!

Good cause

It’s finally happening! Tomorrow we’re having a call with the organisation that we’re helping. We’re discussing how to do communication and how to setup the benefit. Really excited about this! Stay tuned … !
