The good thing about figure 8!

No time to run :/

Had the absolute pleasure of hosting the European Championship for the ECA this weekend!

Never thought of how intense Cheerleading is. Never thought it might have anything in common with American Football either! Training all year around for only a few games.

As a fellow coach once taught me:

Perfect practice prevents poor performance!

With Football you train all year around for 10 to 13 games. With Cheerleading you only have a handfull events and you’re only on the floor for about 2 minutes!

Impressive work from all of them. Learned a lot! But rushed to Brabant after work on Friday. A full day on Saturday. An only home around 21.30 I had little time for excercise!

Decided to do a quick lap after some quick mails and calls. Already was a bit late though. So I was thinking of doing a quick 5 kilometers. Didn’t feel good though. So I made it 8!

The good thing about the figure 8 is that you don’t actually have to run the full 8 km to get to the 8 ;). That’s not possible for the full 42,2 Km though.

Really excited about running the marathon! Can’t wait!

Good cause

Can’t wait to help out these people either! I’m working on a proper introduction of them. So…
